Canon South Africa in partnership with the ABIA Pink Bride Competition are extremely excited to announce a major competition for South African Wedding Photographers.

Guidelines for Competition    - Entries may be submitted from 1 July ’12

1. Photographers are invited to submit one (only) Wedding Photograph of each Bride/Groom that they service.
2. There is no cost to enter the Competition.
3. Photographs (Entries) must be submitted by Email to info@abiaweddings.com
4. Photos must be submitted in jpeg format and of a suitable size so we can publish all Photographs on the ABIA Website and ABIA Facebook page.
5. Photographers MUST please ensure they Register ALL Brides on the ABIA Website at http://app.abiaweddings.co.za/login/business   by using their Log-in Username & Password. If you don’t have a Username, please send us an email to info@abiaweddings.com
6. Each Month a Committee will adjudicate all wedding Photographs submitted for creativity, originality and technical ability – we are looking for fun, different work that captures the emotion of marriage and love.
7. The Monthly Winners will be acknowledged by receiving a ‘special’ Post on our website and Facebook Free of charge.
8. ABIA’s decision will be final so please don’t debate the results – this is meant to be a fun competition that builds awareness amongst Brides as to how wonderful South African Photographers are.
9. Please note that in order to WIN the Canon Camera described below you MUST be an Accredited Member of ABIA. This is reasonable given the costs involved in promoting your business and this fantastic competition – Good Luck, let’s see those lovely Brides…captured by you!
10. You may submit as many entries as you like, but only one of each Bridal Couple, please.
11. By entering the Canon Pink Bride Photographic Competition you authorise ABIA to publish Photographs on the www.abiaweddings.co.za website and on the company’s Facebook page or to use the Photographs for whatever purpose the company deems fit. It is the Entrants responsibility to obtain the Bride/Grooms permission, if required. ABIA assumes that you have done this prior to entering the above competition.
12. The 12 Finalists will go into The ABIA Photographer of the Year competition, the winner of which will  WIN the incredible latest Canon EOS 5D Mk III with EF 24-105mm f4 L IS lens  – valued at R44,000.00 – a truly great Camera!
